On Wednesday, June 13th, at the Vapor University of Terrassa, the results of the diagnostic phase of the “Interconnected Equalities in Local Public Policies” project were presented.
With the attendance of about 85 people, the event was presented by Eva Candela, Deputy Mayor of the Area of Social Rights and Services to People and by Montserrat Martínez Soler, director of the Area of Social Rights and Services to People.
Subsequently, Gerard Coll and Roser Solà from the University of Vic, briefly introduced the concept of intersectionality, presented a summary of the starting point of intersectionality in the City of Terrassa and shared some European experiences and work tools with intersectional perspective.
